Příklad matice, ze které pravděpodobnostní identifikační systém čerpá podklady pro výpočet. Matice byla sestavena z různých publikovaných dílčích tabulek a odpovídá diagnostické soupravě Enterotest 16. Čísla značí procentuální pravděpodobnost výskytu znaku uvedeného v záhlaví sloupce.  

Některé identifikační systémy (Gideon) používají ještě matici s dlouhodobě zjišťovanou četností jednotlivých druhů v infekčním materiálu a tuto četnost zohledňují.
